What are review times like at the moment? I have had a lot of images (350+) in the que for some weeks but don't know if this means there is a problem or not as I don't know what average review times are.
I have not been uploading any of my new stuff becuse there isn't much point if it's just going to sit in the que.

We've had some setbacks in the Reviews dept.,a new Reviewer brought on had to take a leave of absence for personal reasons right after getting them up and at it. To compensate for this, we are actively recruiting new Reviewers, and have added the 'Jobs' page (http://www.zymmetrical.com/help/jobs/jobid/1/) , with positions available for Reviews. We are hoping to gain several more Reviewers and get them up to speed in the coming weeks.

Please do not hesitate to upload (paying attention to any possible rejection reasons indicated by our Reviewers), we will get this backlog straightened out soon enough.

Wow, I've still got over 200 images from this batch waiting now (a couple of months at least since upload!!!) No way I'm uploading anything new till they are through the que.

Sorry, that's a perfectly understandable position. We have been making huge steps in the background to improve review times but it is a balancing act. We have just rolled out a new Reviewer admin system and will begin training new Reviewers on it this week. Inevitably we get backlogs during system upgrades, we will get your queue cleared shortly.

We are actually quite up to date with photo reviews at the moment: the files you are referring to that are waiting in your account are in the Graphics queue, and not in Photos. We are currently upgrading the Graphics systems and bringing on extra Reviewers to deal with the backlog in that dept. You should expect to see these files online shortly, thanks for your patience.

Any updates on this yet? I've got 15 images (graphics) that have been collecting dust in the que for months.

Hi, actually we just yesterday put a hold on all new uploads until this backlog is dealt with:

Notice: New uploading has been disabled until December 15th, to allow our Reviewers to catch up with the huge influx of great new art, smooth out our FTP process, and evaluate how we can continue to improve the Submissions process. You can still Describe and access all your already-uploaded files in the meantime.
