Hello, I am fairly new here, Hi to you all, I find it impossible to acquire the banners and file links to put on my new website. I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. I checked with my web host, and they said to check with the companies I am trying to get a link for. Can anyone help me, I am at wits end. I did get a couple of their sites to work, but most of the other sites just don't. Help.

Ray

Hi Ray,

Thanks for your support.

You should be able to simply copy and paste the HTML code associated with the banners as displayed on
http://www.zymmetrical.com/account/referrals/.

May I ask what type of website / CMS / blog etc. system you are using?

Thank you for your reply. As this is new to me, I hope this is the right info. I bought the web site through a company called Fat Cow. The web site was built by myself and Sitedelux. I don't know what CMS means. Most of the sites I have tried to get a banner for, nothing opens up but the code itself. If you would like to take a look my web site is www.reflectionsofnature.biz

I hope you can help me. Thanks

Ray

Hi Ray,

I can't say i've ever used the Fat Cow service in particular. I had a look at your site, and it seems your site design was built with a program/service called 'Trellix Site Builder'. I could not find much info on how to edit site templates with that, but I noticed Fat Cow also offers the Wordpress system in their package. This is a hugely popular site design/management system, and would be probably much easier to work with. Can you inquire with Fat Cow about whether you could change to using Wordpress? I'm sure you would be much happier with the end results.

As an alternative, (you probably won't be able to use banners with these options, you might want to check out some other hosting services which are dedicated to image galleries, such as www.flickr.com, www.smugmug.com, or www.photoshelter.com.

You may end up not getting the domain name you want their, but you could always have Fat Cow redirect the domain name so it sends you to the new location when you type in 'www.reflectionsofnature.biz'.
