Unless I'm really dumb, I found an apparent contradiction on the site on what format to upload photos in. At the FTP upload screen, it is mentioned:
Please do not pack them into a .ZIP or SIT, just the plain JPG files.
Yet, in the News section, there is an article about FTP (10/7/2007: FTP upload service launched by Keith) that states:

We accept only JPG's, zipped up into a PC-compatible .ZIP file. Please do not upload individual photo files, it is much more efficient in one big .ZIP.1. We accept only JPG's, zipped up into a PC-compatible .ZIP file. Please do not upload individual photo files, it is much more efficient in one big .ZIP.

Now how do you want it guys? Scrambled or sunny side up? ;-)

Good catch.. we did flipflop on this one a bit as we had incorrectly diagnosed some problems with large FTP uploads - it seemed like large .ZIP's (50 MB +) were failing. Turns out our FTP system just had a file size quota we missed.

The current options are 'Cooked to order'. ZIP'ed JPG's, or single JPG's. I will correct the news article text.

Thanks
