Hi, i've uploaded some images throught FTP but i can't see any images in my account, or pending files.
Why? What's wrong?

The movement of the files from your FTP folder into the visible queue on http://www.zymmetrical.com/account/submissions/ is not an instantaneous process. Our Editors usually check once a day for new arrivals and send them to the queue, but sometimes there is a bit of a backlog, Rest assured, we always get to the files as soon as possible.
