I just registered and submitted 2 photos. They are important to me and I feel they will sell. The box for submission said once you are done close and then you can describe. Well it finished and I closed it and my discriptions shows zero? What happened? Do I need to wait? Please let me know about the time frame as I hope I didn't take the time to do this with a dissapointing result.

Hard to beleive that 41 one people have looked at my message here and no one has even attempted to help....

Welcome! Sorry for the delayed response, for fastest support about specific issues, it is always best to create a Help Ticket.

The new Submissions page has been live for only a week or so, so I think the 41 people viewing your message may themselves not have been 100% confident to offer an answer. :)

Once you describe a file, it moves on to the 'Pending' section. This means it has been finalized by you, and is waiting for our Reviewers to check it over. There is a bit of a backlog at the moment, because our new submissions page is working so well, that we are getting a higher than normal volume of submissions.

On the plus side, we are actively recruiting extra Reviewers to meet the demand.
