I guess both these governments are very much against receiving aid except in the exceptional cases. This also goes clearly with Myanmar.

I think Myanmar requires more aid and considering its economy they need it badly, so i think all attention should be towards Myanmar and other poor countries. Bigger countries will take care of themselves.
