You don't have an avatar pic yet? Shame on you! We love visual stuff here and it's great to associate an image to a name.
When you're on any forum page, just click 'My Profile' on the top, and then 'Edit Profile'. On this page you can (among other things) upload a lil' pic to represent yourself on the forum.

Why upload,
I made my own avatar in 10 minutes after reading this.
And I think it is not bad.
hmm, cant exceed 80x80 :(

The system will resize any .jpg you upload automatically AFAIK. Just go to 'My Profile', then on the bottom 'Edit Profile' and 'Upload Avatar' and it will put that pic in for you.

OK, I'll have to try this. That's a great feature that resizes the image for you, if necessary. I haven't heard of a site that does that for you before. |

I was not able to upload my avatar right after I registered in this board, because I keep on thinking what would be the best. But I came to decide to upload my own pics rather than any photograph I shot. Okay, I'll upload mine now. |

One of the first things I do when I join a community is upload an avatar. It's a simple and fast way to describe a lot about yourself. I'm not going to lie, I usually find one that I like and then use that as often as I could. |
