the easiest way I could think of is to move all your photos into a PowerPoint document.
then, make a slide show with timed slides. do you know how to do that?
then you have to convert the PowerPoint file into a mov. file
there are several free conversion softwares available online.
if you have a recent version of PowerPoint, you can even add music to your slideshow.
