Hello,
Where can you check for uploaded photos in your private FTP folder?
Another question: I can see a sale but I can not see which photos has been downloaded.

Thanks in advance

Hi Sandra,

Anything you upload into your FTP folder should remain visible via your FTP program, until one of our editors moves them into the Submissions queue. The Submissions queue is located under Account > Submissions.

Sales are visible under Account > Sales Manager. We are updating the interface on that page currently, and it doesn't have a direct link to the files in it. Next best thing: copy the filename (i.e. ZYIMGABC00123) and put it in the "Filename" input on the Expanded Search (click the 'Expanded Search' button thats on top left of every page).

Keith, I'm happy to submit, however, when I logged in last night using my own username and password there was a collection of images visible in the folder clearly not belonging to me.

Had I gone ahead and uploaded obviously you can imagine the confusion that that would have caused?

This problem was isolated and has been corrected immediately. Please have a look now you should be seeing your own folder as usual.

Thanks.

Hi, I take it now that I've managed to upload that folder should be cleared or maybe not because there's a lot sitting in there that potentially could be downloaded by some other user from what's being said in other forums. Is there any way you might clear them for me please?

This is expected; there is a delay between the FTP upload and getting them into the Submissions Queue visible on the site. Due to the huge volume of submissions we are currently receiving, we had to disable to automatic transfer option - it was causing memory overload problems. We are working to resolve this, but in the meantime it could be a day or two before you see the files on the Submissions page.

As explained, the problem you experienced was limited to four new users who signed up in a 2 hour period the night before last. There is no way short of you providing your password and username to someone else, for anyone else to access your files on the FTP. We are currently dealing with tens of thousands of submissions coming in via FTP and although I appreciate your first experience with it has not been smooth, please bear with us your files will get attended to.
