| Hi, I just joined the site and have tried uploading some 200+ illustrations. The problem is I put them in the wrong place! I read the instructions that said place them in the graphics folder but using GoLive I couldn't see the folder to browse to it from logging into the server.
I thought the instructions must be outdated and just uploaded the files. Then I experimented a bit further, managed to login directly into the "graphics" folder, went up a level and there were my files in totally the wrong place!
I'm really sorry about this, is there any way to sort this out?

| | Oh it's no mistake by you. Sometimes there is a slight delay before the system makes all the subfolders ( /PHOTOS, /GRAPHICS, etc.) so it's just a problem due to the lag. This lag should be no more than 5 minutes, so what I have just done is change the FTP instructions pages a bit to reflect this. Thanks for your understanding in this, we for some reason thought 5 minutes would be enough for people to read everything and get their files together before uploading, but obviously we are dealing with some really efficient types. :) | |
