| How can you get permission for the artists lounge category?
I do have an artists account, but don't have permission. | | | |

| Hi Nancy,
I had a look in the system and your account was still showing only as a 'Client'. I upgraded it for you to the Artist-level so you should have access to the Artist areas now.
For anyone else in the same position in the future; if you have signed up as a client and want to upgrade to Artist (so you can submit files, access the private message areas, etc.), just click on your name on the top left of the site when you are logged in:
Logout | >Your Username<
There will be then your basic account info, as well as an input for the type of account you'd like.

| Hi Becklyn,
Hm, that's strange. We will try and reproduce your problem.
In the meantime, I flipped the switch on your account manually, you should be an Artist now. Let us know!

| If you go to 'Your Account' on the top left of any page (when you're logged in of course), then on that page go to 'Public Profile' you basically get your own MySpace-style area where you can add media players, links, blogs, and other modules to your public page.
The key point: we don't actively list these pages for our members (on http://www.zymmetrical.com/artists/) until you have your first file published for sale on the site, be it a photo, font, graphic or video. So if you want your page to be publicized, you need to have an accepted submission.

| I am BRAND NEW to this. I want to upload illustrations, which are JPG's. During the upload process, if I follow the path/link/buttons to "UPLOAD GRAPHICS", it says "upload eps files" Do I upload a jpg at that same place, or do I use the "UPLOAD PHOTO" link, which does say "UPLOAD JPGS"?
I've tried uploading the JPG where it says to upload the EPS, but nothing happened.
I'm really confused. | | | |
