| I think it would be neat to have a section where people can share their photographs, digital artwork, graphic websites etc...
Don't set it up as a "spam heaven" type of thing, but where people can link to their own websites to share their websites or graphics, digital photographs etc..
Just a suggestion, nothing required... what does everyone else think?

| you mean a showcase for work you don't sell here? Or even to show how you used an image you bought here in your design :)
Would be cool! | | | |

| We already have an area like this. If you have an Artist's account, it's under Account > ZySpace > My Gallery. Here's the direct link.
Each user gets 100 MB of space to upload (pretty much) whatever they like, photos, etc.
As far as how users other than yourself can access this content, we are still working on it. Later this week you should see it show up on your Artist Profile page.
Please consider this area 'beta' as we want to see how it goes. Obviously if we have 10,000 people signing up just to get free 100 MB space, things will have to be reconsidered - it's really intended only for active Artist's on the site to showcase themselves a bit.

| | Being able to showcase your works to the rest of the members of the forums is a great idea. That way everyone can give one another constructive criticism in order to help encourage each other to learn and improve their skills. Also by sharing your works, you could provide inspiration to others. | | | |

| Well, with so much 'free' webspace out there on the net now, the least we could do is offer a bit of our server resources for each artist to promote themselves..
The next step will be some photo/design contests. We'd like to have a nice interface system set up for the contests, rather than just taking email submissions or whatnot and then posting the results in the forum - so, it'll be a little while before we have the time to set this up. | | Help Topics | Set up your Artist Profile | |

| | Contests are good. Will give us the adrenaline from the competitive feel. I reckon a little competition could help me polish up my skills. But also maybe having a Tutorial forum for how to do things? My skills in digital art are pretty basic, I'm more of an appreciative novice. | | | |

| I realize there isn't a comment option for us in "My Gallery". And I agree with Victory that constructive critique can help us improve.
Personally, I would still prefer the forum to have a category for critique. The category could be branched out into forums such as street photo, candid, night shoots, events, portraits and etc. Members can upload a small file size photo into the appropriate forum for critique. It will be a good sharing session.
My 2cents worth. | | | |

| | We should try to implement a different site that allows us to do an art or photo page of our own. Something like a social site or something. | | | |
